What are the current employee benefit issues in Washington?

HRCI & SHRM Pre-Approval Pending

Join us for a free webinar on October 23, 2018 at 3:00pm EST

Please join AssuredPartners and our guest presenters, Scott Sinder, Esq. and Kate Jensen, Esq. from the Washington DC office of the law firm Steptoe & Johnson PLLC, as we look at the recent employee benefit issues being tackled by the Federal government. The webinar will cover association health plans (AHPs) in some depth, including the recently-finalized federal rule on AHPs, the regulatory/legal landscape in the States, and potential business opportunities in this space. We also will provide an overview of the political landscape leading up to the November 6 mid-term elections and a few other employee benefits issues receiving attention at the federal level, such as short-term limited duration insurance, health savings account reforms, and healthcare cost-drivers. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions to our presenters throughout the webinar.
