2018 Live Well: The Importance of Health and Wellness

Your health and well being are so important!  Eating healthy, regular physical activity, managing stress and yearly physical check-ups with your doctor are all factors that contribute to your overall health and wellness.  It seems, however, the most difficult of all is actually starting a new regimen.  We want to help give you tools to get you through each month of 2018 and get you on your way to a healthier and happier YOU!

I know we are more than halfway through January, but better late than never.  Click here for the January Health Guide printable to prepare goals, meals and physical activity.  When you write down your goals, you are more inclined to hold yourself accountable and actually follow your plan.  Also, with meal planning, you have a much better chance of sticking to your healthy meal options because they are prepped and ready rather than running late and not having anything available, which can cause you to make less than desirable choices for a quick and less healthy meal.  It is important to remember that you do not want to fall into a "fad" diet, but rather to learn to make healthier choices that become a part of your normal routine.

Comment below with some tips that have helped you to begin a journey to a new you so that others may get inspiration!  Also, if you would like to share any recipes with us, please send to Attn: Amber Frye at afrye@tjsins.com, using "2018 Healthy Living" in the subject line and we can include them in the following month's guide.  I look forward to hearing from everyone.
