Welcome back! We are already into March... this year is already going by so fast! We hope that you have not given up on healthy living just yet.
How do you do with meal planning? Even just preparing various seasoned meat and fresh vegetables, you can create many different meals from scratch with little effort and allow yourself to prep many meals at one time. Limiting the amount of boxed foods will help in consuming better-for-you meals. You also want to make sure not to skip any meals! Having 3 meals a day, along with healthy snacks in between, will help keep your metabolism burning better. With spring and summer right around the corner, there will be local farmer's markets going on as well, making it easier to get fresh fruits and veggies that are in season. Don't forget to drink plenty of water. Drinking water will help you keep full longer and also will help flush out fat and toxins from your body.
