- Beaver
- Butler
- Lawrence

The Penn-Ohio Regional Health Care Alliance began in 1993 when a group of employers, physicians and organized labor in Beaver, Butler and Lawrence counties banded together to control rising health care costs.
The Penn-Ohio Alliance provides employers in the region with quality health care plans at manageable premiums.
Penn-Ohio selected HealthAmerica as the carrier of choice in 1993 and continues to offer members a variety of managed care programs today.
New and existing member companies with 2-99 employees in the Penn-Ohio eight-county service area benefit from a 3% discount off standard rates.
