Most brokers secure quotes for your company, but what are they doing the rest of the year? TJ&S provides the following "value-added services" free of charge to your company upon assignment as broker of record.
- Prepare large loss review for all policy years that have a financial impact on the client.
- Provide contract, lease and rental agreement review and assessment.
- Provide, where applicable, advance projections of experience modification factors for workers' compensation.
- Help write corporate guidelines for automobile usage and work with client to implement these programs.
- Provide insurance requirement language for contractors/subcontractors.
- Provide risk management assessments and loss prevention intervention.
- Provide pre-renewal meetings to assess market conditions and to assist in any marketing activities, including preparation of specifications to assure fair competition, when necessary.
- Meet on a regular basis to determine what changes, if any, are needed in the client's property and casualty program and to assure that all services of the insurance company are being utilized.
- Oversee any first-party claim adjustment to assure prompt receipt of company's funds.
- Analyze all insurance company reserves and premium ramifications.
- Prepare, in advance, premium forecasts for budget purposes.
- Request loss runs on a regular basis and provide them to the client.
- Management of support personnel to assure all areas of insurance program, including claims, changes, audits, etc. are handled promptly and accurately.
