Yesterday, President Trump signed an Executive Order directing the expansion of Association Health Plans, coverage through low cost short-term limited duration insurance (STLDI), and possible changes to Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs).

Additionally, last night President Trump announced that the government will no longer fund the healthcare cost-sharing subsidies.

The CIAB has released a summary on the Executive Order that we would like to share with you. We anticipate that another alert related to the elimination of subsidies will be released shortly. We will work to update you on this topic as soon as we can.
